Established in 2015, Ravenrock is the exclusive, organic and premium Irish spirits range produced by Dundalk Bay Brewery and Distillery in Ireland. Our Ravenrock Premium Distilled Organic Irish Gin and Ravenrock Premium Vodka range is inspired by the swells and the surges of the wild Irish Sea crashing against the jagged Silurian Sandstone Rocks that lay nestled across Dundalk Bay, Ireland – the power and beauty of nature.

Each bottle of Ravenrock Spirits is carefully hand-labelled and filled by our dedicated team at our 100% independent and Irish owned distilleries in Ireland, built by industry expert, Spectac International. At Ravenrock, we are continually pushing boundaries, from innovative filtering techniques to experimenting with new flavours and taste profiles. Our aim is to continue to surprise, excite and exhilarate our audience through unique and exclusive Irish spirits and drinks.

Our whiskey compromises a blend of exceptional quality gold grain and malted barley. We take pride in our process and we ensure that each batch is triple distilled for the best profile and taste. Our whiskey is aged in Bourbon casks for a minimum and 3-4 years which naturally enhances the smoothness of our whiskey and creates a subtle sweetness for an memorable experience each time.
