Had the pleasure of tasting this lager at the recommendation of the barkeep at The Clermont in Backrock, Co. Louth. I’m a “beer snob”, having been brought up by a Bavarian who taught me the difference between real beer and the coloured water some want to tell us is beer. (aka Budweiser, etc. ). This lager has a lovely flavour. Oh, how I wish I could purchase it here in Seattle!
